165810_546201145391189_941371163_nThe intention for sharing our stories, big or small, is to find the transformative edge that leads to our self development and self actualization in order to create a new world of love, peace, beauty and freedom. YourStory submissions can be sent to medea@selftransformation.ca. Please send stories on a Word Document, along with a title and picture/photo to go along with the submission.

Some questions to ask yourself:

  • What is the higher meaning of your story?
  • What do you need to let go?
  • What wants to emerge from this perspective?
  • What are the unseen possibilities/gifts that want to be born?
  • How has this experience (of loss/trauma,etc.) changed you into a deeper and truer expression of yourself?
  • How has your story opened you to connect to the true essence of your self and the deeper truth of life?
  • How can you tell your story from an empowered place?
  • How can your story uplift and contribute to others’ development?
  • How can you transform the interpretation of your story from the old self identity (victim consciousness) VS the true meaning inside the story that is a reflection of the learning you need in order to evolve and align to the truth of our essential/authentic self?
  • How can you allow your story to become a catalyst for the birthing of you true self, and how can you fall in love with yourself?
